Picture 12Re/Max Premier Services hired o5Media to revamp their current website. Re/Max’s main goal was not to have to most edgy, chic’ website online, but to bring in more business and then convert that business with lead generation techniques to ultimately increase sales.

In order to do this o5Media analyzed Re/Max’s current traffic situation and then compared it to how much business their website was generating. It was acutually surprising that they were generating a large amount of web traffic but none of it was converting. After several days of running various test and going over web traffic data o5Media pinpointed some key factors

  • Exactly what their users were looking for
  • How much time the user spent on the website (and individual pages)
  • Click Patterns and how users chose to navigate the site
  • How users exited the site

Through this research o5Media was able to find all the answers needed in order to provide Re/Max’s online visitors with what they needed and quickly. Our motto is “Find what works, do more of it” and we did exactly this.

We found the needs of re/max’s current visitors and we were able to provide them with more information, that they wanted, and faster. This will provide the user and easier web experience and thus an excellent first impression that the company is easy to work with and can provide them with the same ease and efficiency offline.
