World Eflyer is a website design that was designed to allow agents, even with limited computer knowledge, to create and send html emails.

This case study will identify the problems and solutions we faced and how it affected the companies bottom line.

The problem was that when it was originally developed there were many things missing. The system was bulky, resulting in slow loading time, this was a bad first impression and cause customers to become impairment and call up the company instantly. This resulted in an unmanageable number of phone support request and was overwhelming. It just was not profitable to have to service every customer with multiple support request.

The owners over at world eflyer found out about us through word of mouth of the agentxml.net customers. They came to us and explained that, while their website functioned, it needed to be easier to use.

Solution

After countless hours probing the system in and out we found all the errors and we were able to work with the existing code. We offered many suggestion to the company such as using a one page design vs a multipage process. The woul

d allow the user to stay on one page through their entire visit.

After going over the extensive list of changes were approved we got right to work with a complete overhaul.
