- View customers (leads) Favorites, and notes to gather information on customers likes/needs/wants
- Create 1 time email (this will allow an administrator to create a one time email with several properties to send to a customer (lead))
- Create a drip campaign (allows administrator to setup a drip campaign for customers (leads) so they can recieve automated emails with informaiton about new homes on the market based off the their preferences.)
- Pulse (allows a facebook feed style view of all actions that tak place on the site for all accounts)
- Friendly print – Site is optimized to print friendly in all aspects, to save on ink and paper.
- Custom emails – All site emails, automated and non-automated are all customizeable in the account area so that all emails have a personal touch. Emails also include agent photo and contact information and company logo.
- Lead Dispatch – For multiple account systems. If a lead comes in though the website it will auto assign lead to agent, you can also re-assign lead to different agent if needed.

- Side bar with quick view of favorites and notes
- Ability to add/delete favroties and notes from property page
- Mortgage Calculator
- Similiar/Related listings – If avaliable listings related to the propery being viewed will show above the listing. Listings will “slide in” with 0 page load time.
- Map View – Plot the property quickly and in a stylish manner with google maps.
- Document manager
- Add / Edit / Delete documents and categories to organize the documents.
- Refine search
- In the global sidebar is a refine search form so users do not have to constantly hit the “back button” they can refine their search from almost any page.
- Fresh Data – Our feeds are updated daily to ensure the most up-to-date mls data.
- Pages
- With our “pages” feature you have the ability to make edits to any piece of text on the website with ease, it is as simple as writing an email.
